Born and raised in the East Tennessee Valley, Alex is an NYC-based actor and singer. Ranging from princes to villains, from awkward middle schoolers to Nazi-fighting teenagers, he has performed a large spectrum of roles with NYC theatre companies, regional houses across the nation, and on the high seas.
After completing a successful 11-year competitive swimming career, Alex graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Music with a BM in Vocal Performance. He also had the pleasure of training at Circle in the Square Theatre School with current New York professionals such as Sara Lazarus, Alan Langdon, Ken Schatz, and Sybil Lines.
When he isn't performing, you can find Alex enjoying a cup of coffee in Hamilton Heights, recording his D&D podcast, "The Last Refuge", teaching a swim lessons, or spilling some ice cream on his shirt. He is currently pursuing a quest to find the best piece of pizza in New York City.
